In this episode of CRYPTO 101, we got the absolute daylights scared out of us by Haseeb Awan of Efani. Haseeb was the victim of a social engineering attack called a SIM swap, that gives a hacker control of his phone number. He tells us the honest truth about security, vulnerability, and all the data that has been collected on even the average person, just out there on the dark web for anyone to take advantage of.
Haseeb set out to create a cell phone service that will actually protect people against this type of attack. Efani is a service layer that sits on top of the Verizon network, with 11 layers of protection for its users. Haseeb has been in the Bitcoin space a very long time, and has been part of documentaries and even congressional hearings to speak on behalf of Bitcoin in its early days. This made him a frequent target.
PizzaMind was so shook by this interview, he himself changed his phone carrier over to Efani, and now we bring you a limited time offer. Get $25 worth of Bitcoin for free when you make the switch yourself. Go to stopsimswaps.com to learn more.
